Tempestarii - Player Housing

This is my WIP personal game project, which is a lot of fun to work on between contracts. Tempestarii is a heavily stylized multiplayer slice-of-life sim where you can build your homestead, raise animals and plants, find new recipes to craft, and get to know your neighbors. It's about a down-and-out weather witch, returning to live with their grandmother in order to help the family business. It centers on the day-to-day changing world and the mysterious town(s) they are near. I've made every piece of this game, no store assets or AI involved. I really wanted to dive into different sides of game development which I wouldn't normally be exposed to. This project taught me multiplayer coding, UI coding, controlling player input, building for SteamDeck, and a host of other lessons.

The art style I'm shooting for is a mix of Animal Crossing and Gravity Falls. To see more of the project, follow along here: https://bsky.app/profile/tempestariigame.bsky.social
